Hello everyone! So I decided to remove my layers upon layers of blonde and brown hair colour because I did not feel like bleaching my hair again. So I figured I would give hair colour remover a try!
So lets hope right into it! I filmed a video of the process of the remover so you all could really see how it works!
So overall I left the hair colour remover in my hair for around 40 minutes because I had a ton of layers of colour in my hair rather then just one.
The product cost me $13 CA which is the same price as any boxed hair dye only you get way less product.
If I were to do my entire head of hair. I easily would have needed 2-3 boxes to get an even removal. However I only did an ombre effect so I only had just enough to do have my hair.
I felt that the product was just as damaging as bleaching hair. They claimed it was gentler but to be honest I felt my hair was in terrible quality after just like if I were to bleach it.
But it did do a wonderful job of removing all the colour from my hair I will give it that much!
Would I buy this product again? Probably not… Yet I don’t plan on layering that much permanent colour in my hair again so who knows.
I give this product 5/10.
